Time magazine has released it's list of the top ten games of 07.  For the most part I would agree with this list except for the Ace Combat game.  Not that it's a bad game, I just wouldn't place it in the top ten of the year.  In it's place I would have like to have seen Crackdown.

It has been a very interesting 48 hours.  I have seen places flood where I once thought would be impossible.  People have this misconception that 12" of rain in 24hrs is the norm around here because it rains all the time in Washington right? that is what people think in other places of the country.  From my work it normally takes me 10 minutes to get home.  Yesterday it took me an hour and there were a few times that I felt my car being moved to the side from all the water on the roadway and it wasn't even that deep, it was just moving fast.

Wow, it is actually snowing not to mention that my roads are completely covered.  I just added a couple pics from earlier when it started.

The Bungie-developed Halo 3 is designed to be hand-in-glove compatible with the Xbox 360, right? A federal lawsuit filed against Microsoft and Bungie last week attempts to throw some serious doubt into the mix. The suit alleges that Halo 3 "routinely, consistently, and systematically 'froze,' 'crashed,' or 'locked up.'" The suit then claims that these issues "disrupted game play," which, if these issues are as terrible or widespread as the suit alleges, is an understatement. The plaintiff, Randy Nunez, is seeking seeking class-action status along with $5 million in damages plus costs and attorneys' fees.

This dildo better have a really good lawyer because Microsoft is going to squash this guy in a hurry with his frivolous bullshit.

The news is saying that it might snow in the Olympic peninsula area.  I hope it does because I might just have to stay home tomorrow and play video games.

About an hour ago I was just sitting here working away when an employee ran in to the office and was yelling about a problem.  I didn't understand what he said but once the fire alarms started screaming I had an idea what it was about.  When I went out in to the shop I saw massive amounts of water flowing out of one of the sprinkler heads. 

Once we were able to shut the water off and get the alarm to stop screaming, we then found out what had happened.  Apparently a piece to the garage door had popped loose and when someone opened the door the broken piece had knocked the head off one of the sprinkler heads. 

Tomorrow I will bring doughnuts for everyone in the morning for doing a good job of cleaning up the water and keeping damage to a minimum.  I would like to mention that the fire dept showed up in like 5 minutes, I was impressed by that. 

I just read here that Motor Trend has announced that the 2008 car of the year is the Cadillac CTS.  This news makes me so happy because I love Cadillacs and I feel that they are in every way just as good and if not better than a lot of the Mercedes and BMW's out there.

“The CTS obliterates the old man image of Cadillac,” MacKenzie said.

“This car will turn heads in the same way the elite European models do, but it is unmistakably American.”

Anyone with kids will tell you that sleeping in is no longer an option.   Basically, you get up when they get up regardless of how early that may be.

Not only is it Friday, I am actually getting caught up here at work.  I am not quit sure what to do with myself.

By the way, I didn't carve this thing and it is still on my porch because the damn thing is so big.

I am really excited about the new Zune and I think Microsoft nailed this one.  With it's low price point and new features I think it's time for people to get off the ipod band wagon and check this thing out. 

I really like the new Zune card that ties into your account so people can see the what you have been listening to.  If you are familiar with the Xbox 360 gamercard then you will feel right at home with this new feature.

Man I just realized that I am almost 30 years old and I still make a list every year for Christmas.

It's Monday and I have a felling that I will be leaving early today.  According to the weather we are supposed to get 60mph winds.  Call me crazy but last I checked computers won't work unless there is electricity.

Today I literally broke out in a rash on my left arm because of all the stress here at work.  I wonder if they make a cream for this shit.

God the day has just started and it sucks already.

The hell with myspace, this application is light years ahead of that garbage not to mention more user friendly and much more customizable.
